Tracking Your Life Myth

13. March15. March

Ort: Wuppertal

A 3-day Intensive Training in Process Work by Arnold Mindell to get in Touch with our true Passion and Vision for our Lives.

Each of us follows an individual life myth, which often only reveals itself in crisis situations, through illness or in difficult relationship conflicts as an opportunity for inner change.

The Concept of Life Myth

The concept of life myth is rooted in the Analytical Psychology of C.G. Jung and has been enhanced into a wide range of experiences by Arnold Mindell. Basic patterns of our life myth reveal itself in day and nighttime dreams of our childhood and also in chronic body symptoms, recurring conflicts or challenges in life.

The exploration of dreams and myths offers an opportunity to encounter difficult everyday situations and to transfer experiences in which we are stuck into a larger context. The radiant heroes and heroines of our childhood also show us a path that gives our lives a deeper meaning.

The hero or heroine is a symbol for the master of change and for the creative potential that lies within each of us. They find their own way towards the fulfilment of their personal vision.

The training provides a deep understanding of the meaning of our childhood dreams, fairy tales and myths for the personal development process. We want to encourage you to experience your central questions in life and let your answers emerge. The goal is to perceive your everyday reality in a more fulfilled way and to recognize the next step in your life from the deep connection to yourself.

Life Myth

We work with different forms of creative expression, with movement and partner exercises involving all our senses.

You will get to know methods and techniques of Process Work by Arnold Mindell, in order to explore your dreams and track of your life myth.

The creative engagement with the heroes and heroines of our favorite stories and with our childhood dreams expands our life perspective and initiates new patterns of behavior.

Using the Myth of Life in Your own Field of Work

In addition to exploring your own life myth and your individual talents and challenges, the training also provides you with methods and tools to apply the concept of the life myth in your own field of work.

The inclusion of dreams and myths in counselling, therapy and any form of support for other people in difficult life situations can promote profound developments in many areas of life. In addition, personal growth, the development of relationship skills and the finding of one’s own calling are supported.

Who is it for?

For all those who want to break new grounds in working with others and who want to come to terms with the meaning of their lives.
