Process Work and inner critics

An introduction in English and German.

Most, if not all of us, have an inner voice that puts us down, critiques, attacks and belittles us. We can try ignoring it, fighting it, or succumbing to it. 

In this introduction to Process Work we will focus in particular on the inner critic – exploring different ways we can transform and engage with this part of us. 

This short session will provide a brief intro to process work and then show a few tools that help us to engage with our critics. Inner critics are shaped both by our personal history, norms of our culture, as well as internalised structural dynamics like racism, ableism, and sexism. Finding ways to not just suffer from these internalised parts can be liberating. We can steal the power of our critics and gain access to their certainty and confidence. 

The workshop will be held by Eva Karia, Dip POP, Ms, one of the core faculty members of the Institute Prozessarbeit Deutschland.
